For students interested to learn more about basic painting techniques in a fun way, using acrylic paint methods and to be inspired by art and culture coming from different countries. This CCA will be focusing on Asia-Pacific Region in the early stage. Being inspired by travel and adventure, participants will learn about colour and basic elements of paint through acrylics (mostly using 'a la prima' method), applying different sources to draw and paint on paper and canvas. Language of instruction will be English.


Born in Brazil, graduated BA-Fine Arts in 2012 and Masters of Arts Fine Arts in 2016 from LASALLE College of the Arts, Singapore, Deusa graduated in Business Administration in Brazil, studied one year Graphic Design in Germany, participated regularly in life drawing/ painting classes at Bilik 3-Dharma from Teguh Ostenrik, Indonesia, joined the Professional Development Course, Acrylic painting, at LASALLE College of the arts in Singapore and workshops from Mister Sebastian sculptor from Mexico. In 2014 she participated on the STPI (Singapore Tyler Print Institute) Mono-prints with Dry Point on Plastic Workshop. Her works are mainly paintings that deal with expression, form, expressive lines, manipulation of materials and colors.
