Year-Long Programme | Cost: $520 (Add. Material Cost: $30)

At the Theater AG the focus is on getting to know each other, trusting each other and the ability to play as an ensemble. Perceptual and physical exercises create the conditions for the first group and individual improvisations. In this way, the first principles of performance such as presence, spatial reference, rhythm, impulse, etc. are explored. The aim of Theater AG is to promote creativity and the ability to solve problems and to strengthen the general motivation for school and performance. In the context of the competence acquisition, theatrical aesthetic basics, communicative and cultural competence are imparted. Personality development, self-confidence expansion and strengthening are promoted and inhibitions, such as speaking in front of an audience, are reduced. Fantasy and creativity are released and acting with language is practiced. This improves one's ability to express oneself and concentrate. Own costumes and props will be made and the handling of stage construction and technique will be learned. Language of instruction will be German.
