Krav Maga is a self-defence system developed for the military in Israel that consists of a wide combination of techniques sourced from various martial arts along with realistic fight training. Krav Maga is known for its focus on real-world situations and its philosophy emphasizing threat neutralization. Students will learn to defend against all variety of attacks and are taught to counter in the quickest and most efficient way and encouraging Non-Violent conflict resolution. The objective is to develop and improve self-discipline, respect, motor skills, self-confidence and self-esteem, focus and listening skills. Training will also cover situational awareness to develop an understanding of one’s surroundings, learning to understand the psychology of a street confrontation, and identifying potential threats before an attack occurs.


Senior Master Instructor Lim Beng Kit has been involved in martial arts and fighting systems for more than 30 years. He has been awarded “Krav Maga Instructor of the year 2009” and being inducted into the “Martial Arts Hall of Fame” by Martial Arts Health and Fitness Association in Emden, Germany. He is a qualified First Aider & AED and a certified Coach specialized in Martial Arts, he received his Cert III in Sports Coaching from International College of Kenshusei, Melbourne, Australia. He has been awarded Senior Master Instructor by Mr. Boaz Aviram, Third in-line of Former Military Krav Maga Chief Instructor of the Israeli Defense Forces.
